Cleaning and Inspection of Separators

Location: Atuabo, Western Region
The objective of this project was to thoroughly clean and perform inspection according to API
510 on the inlet separators and Low Temperature Separator.
The project scope covered:

• Purging
• Flange Management
• Pressure Testing
• Cleaning
• Replacement of Mist Extractor
• Non-Destructive Testing
• API 510 Assessment (Remaining Life assessment, Fitness for service Assessment)

The project was successfully completed in a week. The asset was found to be in working after
project completion. The client found results beyond satisfactory.
